Francis James Sicat was born and raised as the only child in a town called Angeles City, Pamanga. Angeles City is about two hours away from Manila which is the capital of the Philippines. He is 28 years old and currently living in San Bruno, California. Francis moved to the U.S. back in 1992 at a very young age. Today Francis gives insight on his life in this Philippines and the transition into his new life in the U.S.
